A little history about Francis. Francis grew up and lived on the York Peninsula in South Australia, a wheat and barley farming area. In 1973 Francis restored his first T a 1910 Ford Model T Tourer, since then his interest had grown and he built and completed another 8 Model T s all of them were early 1911 or late 1912 Mother-in Law Model T Fords. Francis loved building them. Soon after building each one, someone wanted to buy it, and so he just built another to replace it.
Francis sold one to a guy in Munich Germany, another one went to a guy in Japan, 2 went to Victoria and another 2 to Western Australia. Francis s son also showed an interest in them while helping his father as a young boy growing up and has one of his own that he and his dad built together. The model T that he is now selling is probably the last car he will ever build. Francis is now 78 and although his mind is still very active, his body isn t.
Francis is asking $36,000 for it. This is well below the build cost and he is willing to negotiate a realistic price around this figure with a genuine buyer. Please Ring him and discuss it with him.
The car is 99% finished, just a few trims to go. Francis has the remaining trims etc in hand to complete the car.
Note: This one was built without the windshield, but if the new owner wants one they can import one from the USA . everything else is on hand. The car was driven only once.

Since then the car has been stored undercover in his carport. We fired it up for the first time since May 2015 for today s photo shoot, across the road from his house.
